Give yourself three minutes to work out. Get up and start exercising right now. Don't worry, I'll still be here in a few minutes. :)
If you want to lose weight, exercising little and often is the key, especially if you are out of shape.
Do some calisthenics. Jump 120 times in a minute and you'll have burned 10 calories. Do some jumping jacks for a minutes and you'll have burned about 8 calories. If you walk fast for a minute, you'll have burned 4 calories.
Obviously, jumping is your best bet. You don't even need a jumping rope. However, jumping can be pretty exhausting, so start your workout with some jumping jacks if you aren't that fit.
Lose weight quickly and become healthy. Get rid of the fat and get slim! Use my awesome diet to shed pounds. Losing weight can be easy if you exercise regularly and believe in yourself.
