You are trying to lose weight. Your self-confidence is probably pretty low right now. You think you're too fat. You are desperate to shed the pounds to get into your bikini or that nice pair of jeans. Don't worry. You'll make it! Start a journal and write your thoughts in it every day. Do NOT step onto the scale more than once a week. Weighing yourself too often will only discourage you. If you lose a couple of pounds in a month, be proud of yourself! You are on the right track already because you're reading an article about losing weight. Keep faith--once you're slimmer, you'll feel happier and healthier.
