Lose Weight: What to Do If You Don't Like Exercising

So you don't like exercising. That's a problem. If you want to lose weight, you need to exercise every day. Don't close this page yet: exercising can be fun and easy.
You like music, don't you? If you like music, you can customize your personalize weight loss program to include light exercise.
Find a song that you like. You need to find some kind of R&B/rap/upbeat country or rock song. Metal and alternative rock work VERY nicely.
Make sure that you're alone and play your favorite sound very loud. Turn the volume up until you feel like getting up and walking around or jumping. Sing along if you want to: it'll help you feel more motivated to dance or do calisthenics.
At the end of the song, sit if you're tired. If you feel all pumped up, press play again, rinse and repeat. Even if you're only moving your hands, you still getting a workout.
