I will give you golden rules that I'm currently using to lose weight. So far, they've been working very well for me.

You should drink more water. Starting tomorrow, aim to drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day. DON'T drink tap water. Tap water isn't healthy. It's full of chemicals that can have devastating effects on your body. If you want to lose weight, you need to drink mineral water.

Evian and Volvic are good brands. You should buy some mineral water tomorrow so that you can start drinking more. You will quickly shed weight if you drink a lot.

If you really want to lose weight, you should drink a big glass of water every morning before you get up. Always keep a glass of water next to your bed. Each time you crave a certain type of food, drink a big glass of water again. The craving should pass.
