Give yourself three minutes to work out. Get up and start exercising right now. Don't worry, I'll still be here in a few minutes. :)
If you want to lose weight, exercising little and often is the key, especially if you are out of shape.
Do some calisthenics. Jump 120 times in a minute and you'll have burned 10 calories. Do some jumping jacks for a minutes and you'll have burned about 8 calories. If you walk fast for a minute, you'll have burned 4 calories.
Obviously, jumping is your best bet. You don't even need a jumping rope. However, jumping can be pretty exhausting, so start your workout with some jumping jacks if you aren't that fit.

When you're on a diet, you sometimes get tired of eating the same thing over and over again. Instead of wolfing down the same stuff every day, find out what ethnic foods fit into your diet and try something new.
Give Indian and Vietnamese restaurants a try. Their food is really good, and if you eat light meal, you'll lose weight! Buy an Italian cookbook if you usually eat meat and potatoes. Variety is the key: you can travel in your kitchen!

Here is a new fat-busting tip for you! Most of the people who habitually overeat eat their food too quickly and take large bites. If this is true, it makes sense that many digestive problems such as heartburn seem to crop up or get worse the more weight we put on.
That's why you should try to eat as slowly as possible. Chew your food properly, and drink a little water during your meals.

Eating more slowly will not only improve your digestion, but it will also allow you to enjoy your food more. It also helps you practice portion control which means that you'll find it easier to stop eating once you feel satiated.
